- Start with our seasonal gin & tonic as a welcome drink and a brief introduction to the gin making process from VSC’s owner and distiller Ian Cox.
- An explanation of complimentary and contrasting botanical combinations and flavour profiles.
- Taste a wide range of botanicals (both in their original and distilled forms) and make a record of your likes and dislikes on tasting notes.
- Sample the current range of Village Spirit Collection’s craft gins.
- Create up to 2 gin blends using your preferred botanicals and enjoy your unique G&T’s!
