Our bar is fully equipped, staffed and self-sufficient with a fridge, lighting, power and of course booze!
Take the stress out of serving your guests and let us worry about ice, eco-friendly glasses & straws, garnishes and fancy cocktails! We come with everything including our own knowledgable and professional staff to serve you and your guests and make your event special.
We pride ourselves in ensuring every detail is thought about and serve our very own gin range distilled in house either as refreshing Gin & Tonics or seasonal cocktails such as fruity Brambles, minty Gin Mojitos (Southside) or warming Gin & Ginger Ale for the colder seasons. We also offer Prosecco cocktails to add a bit of fizz to your event.
Have a special theme? We can dress the bar to match your wedding colours, brand or seasonal event.
As every event is unique, all of our packages our bespoke so email us if you are interested in hiring our mobile bar for your next special occasion. We can also supply other spirits, wine, beer and prosecco on request.
We also have alternative bar hire configurations where access isn't available to park the trailer such as a 3m x 3m gazebo and indoor bar setup.
Gin Bar Hire
We serve our own handcrafted gin at our gin bar, made in a micro-batch distillery based in Hambledon, Surrey. Our Vann Lane Gin - a more complex aromatic London Dry Gin and Haslemere Gin for those with a lighter, floral palate.
Our gin bar comes fully equipped and staffed and we can setup either indoors or outdoors depending on your event and space.
A gin bar adds a touch of class to your event and your guests are guaranteed to have a great time!
Cocktail Bar Hire
Delicious cocktails served at your own private party! Our professional bar staff will make sure your guests not only have the best service but also the best drinks!
At Village Spirit Collective, not only do we serve our handcrafted gin, we also produce classic cocktails with a twist, like this Southside - a gin version of a Mojito! You and your guests won't be disappointed.
Indoor and Outdoor Bar Hire Options
Every event is unique and so is the venue... we have various configurations that can accommodate all types of spaces.
Bar Hire for Outdoor Events
We have two options for bar hire for outdoor events, both providing the same professional service. You can either opt for our stylish horse trailer bar which can be towed in to place by us if you have access or a 3m x 3m gazebo which is equally stylish but doesn't require specific access to the event area.
Bar Hire for Indoor Events
For indoor events, we have a 3m bar table which we can dress to suit your occasion and will still have all the high quality services, staff and drinks you expect from a professional bar hire offering.
